- Develop, code, test, debug, document, and support Optum’s Claims Editing System (CES) consistent with established specifications and business requirements to achieve key business objectives
- Function as quality assurance for aspects of rule development, function, and testing
- Develop and implement robust professional and facility claim scenarios that effectively test CES updates and change initiatives for all standard.
- Strictly adhere to established processes and procedures
- Adheres religiously to established Quality Proces.
- Meets required quality metrics
- Work with across the organization with project requestors, users, systems analysts, designers, and programmers to identify functionality.
- Active and engaged participates in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Assists in Root Cause Analysis.

Qualifications
- Familiar with software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Intermediate level proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven communication abilities with internal clients and key stakeholders.

- Proven ability to test philosophies and procedures.
