Job Summary :

The Product Analytics team is hiring a Product Analyst to execute the product initiatives, Growth experiments and produce actionable insights which impact the customer experience and revenue.

About the team

The Customer Experience (CEX) team builds delightful experiences for our customers to view the amazing content across Disney+ Hotstar. We manage every aspect of the customer journey from signup to showcasing and viewing personalized content. We build fast and intuitive experiences for every segment of users, ranging from personal viewing on Mobile Phones to building living room experiences for families. Our experiences are backed by multiple distributed services scaling to serve 150+ million users. Our services are multi-tenant, allowing us to operate in multiple countries in a seamless manner. We innovate on behalf of the customer through experimentation and data-backed decisions.

Job role : Products Analyst

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech or other technical degree

Salary Package : Upto 10 LPA

Job location : Bangalore and Mumbai

Last Date: ASAP

Required skill

Demonstrated experience in data modeling, predictive analysis, and expertise in R, SQL, and Python
Experience with Reporting/BI tools, data warehousing concepts, and ETL development and tools
Familiar with digital analytics and clickstream data
Experience with distributed analytic processing technologies is desired (e.g. Hive)
Experience with Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer, Behavioral Analytics, Apsalar, etc
Extremely strong analytical orientation/bent of mind and consumer understanding

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the Product Analytics function for the respective POD
You will build & mentor a team of junior Product Analysts
You will work with the Data Engineering team to shape robust & real-time data systems with the right instrumentation & visualisation capabilities
You will co-own the POD goals & execute data-led problem-solving to find actionable insights across reach, cohorts, engagement & delivery
You will implement, monitor and validate the A/B tests reliably
You will work with the Product & Business teams to identify high-level requirements/problems and build analytical frameworks & presentations
You will build reports & dashboards that enable a more data-aware organisation and reflect the health of different initiatives

Preferred Education & Experience

B.Tech/B.E/ Masters in Computer Science/Mathematics/Operational Research/Statistics/Physics from a reputed college or related technical discipline with 5 years of experience in Business/Product analytics. ( experience is preferred not mandetory )
