Dassault Systemes Hiring Graduate Engineer : Data Analyst / Scientists

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Lead the definition and articulation of transformation business cases, associated value criteria and metrics in order to measure the success of the transformation.
• Coordinate the contributions of the Knowledge & Insights team on the achievement of Customer Insights / Customer Success Transformation strategic priorities.
• Facilitate interactions between services, IT, R&D industry, corporate R&D, Marketing, and other departments to collect the data necessary for carrying out support services.
• Issue recommendations and technical guidance for the Knowledge & Insights team and promote the use of data and customer knowledge to increase adoption and satisfaction around support services.
• Specify intelligent, predictive, and prescriptive features in applications.
• Report data quality issues, propose evolutions to resolve those issues or develop strategies to mitigate lack of quality.
• Develop algorithms to clean up, normalize and structure data sources.
• Develop algorithms to analyze data (data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning,  ..) and asses their quality.
• Develop predictive, anomaly detection and clustering algorithms.
• Create data visualization and presentation to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Support business owners in the interpretation of the results.
• Guide consultants in designing solutions that incorporate optimization.
• Promote the development of a culture of analysis and understanding of customer data.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Engineering in Computer Science/IT with certificate course in Big data & Analytics and 1-2 yrs of experience.
• MCA with certificate course in Big data & Analytics and 1-2 yrs of experience.
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Databases – Oracle, MySql, Couch base, mongo db
• Proficiency in Python , R,  SQL, Scikit-learn, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
• Experience in data extraction & manipulation.
• Artificial Intelligence Algorithms (Regression, Deep Learning, Mixed-Integer Programming, Genetic Algorithms)
• Knowledge of Testing and Automation Tools
• Proficiency in scripting languages (added advantage)
• Machine Learning theory, probability and statistics, information theory, optimization and game theory (added advantage)
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to develop interpersonal relationships and communicate at different levels of the organization (orally or in writing), including the presentation of transformation topics to non-technical audiences.
