About the Role:
As an Information Security Data Analyst you will be at the forefront of ensuring the security of all third-party relationships. Your role involves assessing and mitigating risks, developing security requirements and guidelines, and overseeing the implementation of security controls. You will play a crucial part in establishing and maintaining effective security measures throughout the entire vendor/supplier/third-party lifecycle.

- Develop a Comprehensive Third-Party Risk Management Program:
- Spearhead the creation of a robust program to manage third-party risks effectively.
- Manage Due Diligence Process:
- Oversee the due diligence process, including risk assessment, contract negotiation, and ongoing monitoring of vendors, suppliers, and third parties.
- Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure compliance with corporate information security policies and standards.
- Establish Access Requirements:
- Define and enforce requirements for third-party access to corporate systems or data.
- Identify and Recommend Improvements:
- Analyze existing controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance overall security measures.
- Monitor Performance:
- Track vendor/supplier/third-party performance against established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Incident Response:
- Develop processes to effectively respond to security incidents involving vendors, suppliers, or third parties.
- Stay Informed:
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, trends, best practices, industry standards, and regulations to ensure a proactive and adaptive security approach.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE/BTech, ME/MTech, BCA/MCA, BS/MS, BScIT/MScIT).
