Job Title : Data Analyst
Location: Pune or Hybrid Working as per your requirement.
Required Education: BE/B.Tech or Engineering
Salary Package is upto 6 LPA [ Expected ]

What will you be doing?

•    Review requirements to identify all areas of functional and non-functional (e.g. capacity, availability, response times, etc.) testing required
•    Create and execute tests using Approved Automation/Functional/Performance Test tools as applicable aligning to overall test strategy defined
•    Provide accurate and timely status reports and project metrics to various levels of stakeholders and as agreed by the project and QA team
•    Escalate any issues to Test Lead as appropriate and in timely manner and provide options to resolve the issues for project’s point of view
•    Participate in requirement analysis, identifying risks and creation of test scenarios
•    Resolve technical issues from functional and technical perspective
•    Ensure automation frameworks meet current requirements and coding standards and maintain new & existing automated tests
•    Deliver test automation improvement initiatives within the project group.
•    Execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure

Required abilities :

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
•    Exposure to Investment Banking Domain
•    Problem solving skills related to application issues.

Skills that will help you in the role:

•    Strong experience in QA – Manual and Automation
•    Strong test automation knowledge on below tools and technologies
•    Middleware like IBM MQ
•    Relational databases (MS SQL Server and Oracle DB).
•    Strong knowledge of Testing lifecycle and core testing process/techniques using different test approaches
•    Excellent knowledge in testing skills (provide estimations, writing test scenarios, cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
•    Awareness of CI/CD tools.
•    Excellent communication skills [verbal and written] are essential.  Ability to communicate with the global team is essential
•    Strong ability to analyze data; attention to detail and good quantitative ability
•    Analytical skills; ability to investigate and resolve issues in a high-pressured environment
•    Self-driven, proactive and demonstrates initiative with strong problem solving
