Responsibility
- Analyze and validate master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Develop, monitor, and maintain data quality metrics, reports, and dashboards for master data elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-related issues and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce data governance and quality standards for master data elements.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities to meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data models, data dictionaries, and documentation for master data elements.
- Generate master data development reports as per specific business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies to enhance data analysis processes and efficiency. Create models to extract meaningful insights from data and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge in SQL, Alteryx and PowerApps, VBA, Macro, Win shuttle.
- Skilled in performing data profiling and quality assessment of source systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot errors related to master data transitions efficiently.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects within shared services.
- Understanding of the impact of master data processes on downstream and upstream processes (e.g., P2P, R2R, O2C).
- Knowledge of SAP Finance module (FI) and low/no code applications is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Sarbox approach and audit material.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
