Amdocs is hiring a fresher business analyst

• Analyze large datasets to identify revenue anomalies, trends, and risks, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue streams.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions to enhance revenue assurance processes.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into revenue-related issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and metrics to track revenue assurance performance and communicate findings to the team and senior management.
• Identify patterns, correlations, and trends in data.
• Provide detailed recommendations for each investigation results
• Document each solution and contribute to the RAM playbook
• Assist in the development and implementation of revenue forecasting models, leveraging data analytics techniques to improve accuracy.
• Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to evaluate potential solution correction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance configuration changes and optimize revenue recovery.
• Extensive hands-on experience in data and report automation.
• Build reusable data and report functions that optimize efficiency, consistency and accuracy in data processing.
• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel, Perl, SQL and Python.
• Build dynamic data visualization using Tableau.
