Responsibilities
- Provide second-level technical support for Enterprise Data Management systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports in Power BI.
- Collaborate with L1 support and engineering teams to investigate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support coverage for critical systems.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Enterprise Data and related systems to provide accurate and timely support.
- Contribute to the development of automation tools and scripts to streamline support processes.
- Stay up to date on the latest Power BI features and best practices, incorporating them into reporting solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset for troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues and implement corrective actions.

- Skill in using debugging tools, logs, and monitoring metrics to diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
- Knowledge of common troubleshooting methodologies and best practices for incident management and resolution.
