Job Role : Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Science

Responsibilities:

Sales Analysis and Reporting:

1. Prepare sales analyses and reports for key stakeholders in the sales function.

2. Gather reporting requirements and analyze data to provide recurring reports to the sales organization.

3. Perform quality assurance and ensure the validity of the analysis.

Data-driven Decision Support:

1. Use globally standardized dashboards and best reporting practices to support sales teams and business performance metrics.

2. Select appropriate analysis methods for given issues, ensuring the most accurate analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

1. Work with Senior Analysts and the Business Intelligence Leader to understand the needs of end users.

2. Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders on sales analysis and reporting.

Continuous Improvement:

1.Continually improve the usability of analyses to support decision-making.

2.Utilize sales analysis tools based on standard Cummins tools and processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA is required.

2.Experience in data analysis and clear conclusion development.

3.Power BI Certification (PL300 & PL900) will be preferred.

4.Good to have supply chain domain knowledge.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Power BI: Create, manage, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards. Strong knowledge of data modeling, visualizations, and data integration.

2. DAX (Data Analysis Expressions): Advanced skills in DAX for performing calculations and enhancing data analysis in Power BI.

3. Power Apps and Power Automate: Hands-on experience in building solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate for automated workflows and low-code/no-code application development.

4. Excel Macros and VBA: Ability to use Excel macros/VBA to automate tasks and enhance data processing.

5. SQL Querying: Strong proficiency in SQL for data transformation, querying, and extraction.

Soft Skills:
