The opportunity
This opportunity is in the global operations teams of EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) which is rapidly growing. As our efforts towards building a better working world, GDS operations need to create an evolving framework of CRM Operational excellence framework control in all processes, decision making and activities for GDS operations to enable our business teams across locations.
This opportunity is about being part of a high performing CRM operation team (PACE (L1, L2 & L3) and infrastructure enablement) across CRM GDS locations and business units to identify and strengthen CRM operation as an Associate.

Qualification, Skills, and attributes for success
1. Good written and spoken English communication skills.
2. End user support experience.
3. Ability to establish and maintain a high degree of confidentiality & Integrity.
4. Attention to details is a must.
5. Analytical ability, Decision Making Skills, Team Player.
6. Expertise in MS office tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
7. Experience in a hands-on analytical role with a focus on analyzing business problems.
8. Knowledge of visualization tool like Power BI is an added advantage.
9. Experience with building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps.
Your key responsibilities
1. End user Support on key RM tools
2. Acts as a liaison between the client teams, other members of the Risk Management team, and various functional areas within the firm.
3. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning quickly.
4. Knowledge of Power BI
5. Develop and maintain clear, concise reporting on KPIs measuring digital performance.
6. Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations among the various data points.
7. Experience with building and deploying solutions based on Microsoft PowerApps
8. Manages tasks and activities in a timely manner and is responsible for specific outcomes.
9. Plans and organizes own work and keeps others informed of status and activities.
10. Learns the firm structure, business strategies, service lines, and people of the firm.
11. Builds a network of people within RMS and across the firm.
