Responsibilities
- Understand HireRight’s systems and departmental processes.
- Coordinate data acquisition targets to advance HireRight’s competitive advantage.Analyze data depth, coverage, and return on investment. Identify and implement acquisition process efficiencies
- Contribute to maintenance of source documentation while ensuring version control
- Interact with team-members and other departments as a trainer and subject matter expert (SME) for all data acquired by the Data Acquisition Department.
- Maintain business relationships with existing data source providers and initiate contact for data updates that don’t conform to specified standards.
- Investigate source maintenance issues by working directly with providers, courts, and HireRight personnel providing data acquisition instruction as necessary.

- Has general professional knowledge or possesses specialized vocational/technical skills for a variety of technical or administrative policies.
