Job Role: Insights Associate Analyst

Location: Hyderabad, India

Relocation Eligible: Yes – Standard

Responsibilities:

Reporting Excellence:

1. Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance using dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools.

2. Incorporate business performance explanations beyond data by collaborating with teams worldwide.

3. Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities.

4 Monitor key channel, customer, competitor, and emerging player performance, executing reporting at required intervals.

Stakeholder Support:

1. Work closely with Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers to deliver against the needs articulated by Business Partners within the Hubs.

2. Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope, timelines, templates, and content management.

3. Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners.

4. Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output.

Process Management:

1. Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners, including project planning, workflow monitoring, and quality checks.

2. Help develop and fine-tune internal COE processes related to service delivery and internal center operations.

3. Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loops.

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.

Qualifications:

Every Engineering graduate is eligible for this role just need good knowledge of data analysis.

Technical Skills:

1. Advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills for template creation and alignment with the BU/Sector team.

2. Ability to convert insights into a compelling story that answers critical business questions.

3. Hands-on experience with tools for POS/Panel/Syndicated data sources such as IRI, Euromonitor, Kanar World Panel, and understanding of media KPIs.

4. Ability to visualize datasets and identify KPIs that facilitate decision-making.
