Responsibility 

• Translates business strategy and vision into a data strategy through partnerships with key business stakeholders.
• Maps business stakeholder needs to appropriate data architecture patterns and evolves data architecture as business strategies and technologies mature.
• Lead and manage activities to map data and information inputs and outputs for business functions and processes.
• Support the development of data modeling policies and standards, Meta-data standards and nomenclature, to guide information decision making for the enterprise.
• Support Data Cataloging and governance framework in Alation.
• Collaborate with Master Data Governance team and analyze trend and patterns of data.
• develop and maintain project level data and database design,
• ensure new capabilities comply with the enterprise data architecture standards.
• design and implement robust data governance and master data management frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Develop and enforce data modeling and naming standards to promote consistency and clarity across data assets.

Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• relevant work experience as a data analyst in a large enterprise environment working across business domains.
• work experience in analytical roles, information/data architecture, or application architecture
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, techniques, and tools.
• Experience designing and implementing data governance and master data management frameworks.
• Proficiency in data mapping methodologies and industry standards.
• Demonstrate architectural best practices across technologies to solve organizational problems, articulate views, and roadmaps for future development.
• Proactively monitor strategic direction of Solution Vendors, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impact and value to the enterprise.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate on complex concepts with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct thorough analysis and identify practical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
• Prior experience in Automotive industry is a plus.
