Aon is hiring a fresher data analyst intern

Education 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
• In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 – meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Preferred 

• Atleast 1-3 years of relevant experience in Building AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL or PySpark(good to have)
• Experience in developing conversational AI or virtual assistant applications.
• Proven experience in building and deploying applications using LLMs like GPT-3.5, GPT-4, Claude, Llama or similar
• Hands-on experience in AI, ML and Deep Learning algorithms like Regression, Decision Trees, Neural networks
• Familiarity with acquiring and managing data from various sources, including primary and secondary data sources.
• Extensive experience with Cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with handling structured and unstructured data
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and information retrieval
• Have knowledge and hands-on experience with LangChain Framework, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search Service, Indexing, and Embedding techniques
• Experience in working with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Blobs, Azure Functions, and App Service
