What you will do:

Partner with Sr. Business Leader and Lead Data Analyst to develop deck used in monthly CEO meeting
For each member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), establish a standard set of slides for use when meeting with their Sales counterparts (monthly).
Enable each SLT member to go into meetings with more detailed insight into business & ability to propose actions to move the needle.
Some components will be standardized across all SLT, and others will be custom per SLT
Ad hoc analysis requests from senior leadership team
For all analytics work:
Seek insights and propose solutions / ideas / strategies
Look for process improvements, new processes & opportunities for analytics automation.

What you’ll need:

Under graduate in quantitative field: engineering preferable
1-2 years of experience in business analytics with knowledge of advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using and Excel and PowerPoint
Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and problem solve
Strong communication and collaboration skills; be a self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill them in a proactive manner
PowerBI knowledge is good to have
Exposure to Lean, Six-Sigma, process improvement projects would be an added advantage
